Bedix 5-Year Warranty & Guarantee
Warranty Coverage Period
Your Bedix product is covered by a 5-year warranty starting from the date of delivery. This covers any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship across our full range of beds and mattresses—except for clearance items, mattress-only sales, or if used with a non-approved base or mattress.
If a covered fault arises during this period, we’ll repair or replace your product at no extra cost.
What’s Not Covered?
Our warranty does not apply if the issue is caused by:
- Stains, soiling, or damage occurring after delivery.
- Accidental damage or misuse (including jumping or improper handling).
- Commercial or improper use beyond personal, household purposes.
- Folding or bending mattresses in a way that harms internal springs or structures.
