2.3 If we are unable to accept your order for any reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Refunds will be processed promptly, and no later than 30 days from the date of your order.

Terms of Sale
3.1 By placing an order with Bedix Ltd, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Submitting your order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, forms a legally binding agreement.
3.2 Only the products specifically listed in your order confirmation are included in the sale. Any items shown in images or for styling purposes (e.g., lamps, cushions, throws) are for illustration only and are not included unless clearly stated.
3.3 Where applicable, a 24" headboard may be included as a complimentary item with some bed packages. This gift is not part of the paid contract and holds no refundable or exchangeable value.
3.4 Bedix Ltd is not liable for any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or other obvious inaccuracies on the website or in any promotional material. We reserve the right to correct such errors at any time.
Pricing and Payment
4.1 All product prices will be clearly stated in your order confirmation. Bedix Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing if there is a significant change in underlying costs (e.g., materials, labour, taxes, or logistics). If any change affects your order, we will notify you in writing. You may cancel the order within 7 days of this notice to receive a full refund of any amount paid.
4.2 Full payment is required before any goods are dispatched. We do not offer financing or credit terms.
4.3 If an order has been processed without cleared payment, Bedix Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at 2% above HSBC’s base rate, calculated daily from the due date until payment is received in full.
4.4 In the event of a pricing error (whether due to technical issues or human error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We are not obliged to honour incorrect prices.
Product Information
5.1 We strive to ensure all product descriptions are accurate and up to date at the time they are published.
5.2 Bedix Ltd may update, improve, or modify product specifications, designs, or materials at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not negatively impact the overall quality or performance of the product.
Warranties & Liabilities
6.1 All products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. For purchases made on or after 12th September 2023, this warranty lasts 5 years.
- Purchases between 13th March 2022 and 11th September 2023 are covered by a 3-year warranty.
- Purchases prior to 13th March 2022 have a 1-year warranty.
6.2 If you believe your product is defective, please contact us promptly. We may arrange to inspect the product or send it for independent testing.
6.3 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, intentional damage, negligence, misuse, abnormal conditions, or failure to follow our care and usage instructions.
6.4 Should a product be found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Bedix Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product or the defective part free of charge. This will be carried out within 30 days of inspection.

7.4 Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing. Once delivered, the delivery is considered complete. Bedix Ltd is not responsible for verifying the identity of the recipient.
7.5 Delivery dates and times quoted are estimates at the time of ordering and subject to availability.
7.6 If your order contains multiple items, they will usually be delivered together when all are ready.
7.7 If no one is available to accept a confirmed delivery, a £75 failed delivery fee will be charged.
7.8 If items are unavailable or discontinued and cannot be delivered within an agreed timeframe, your order will be cancelled and payment refunded within 30 days of the original expected delivery date.
7.9 Products may be delivered earlier than quoted with prior notification.
7.10 Deliveries by national couriers are usually made by a single person to the front door.
7.11 All deliveries require a signature. We do not deliver to unattended addresses.
7.12 If you opt for our assembly or bed/mattress removal service:
- If access issues (narrow hallways, stairs, obstructions) prevent delivery or assembly, the assembly fee is non-refundable, and a £75 failed delivery charge will apply.
- For bed removal, the existing bed must be fully dismantled and ready for collection at delivery time. We do not dismantle existing beds.
7.13 For business addresses, delivery acceptance by anyone on site is valid. Bedix Ltd is not liable once goods are signed for.
7.14 In-stock items typically deliver within 5–10 working days.
7.15 Next-day delivery products are delivered by a one-person courier to the front door or lobby only. Couriers are not insured to enter private premises; any moving or positioning assistance must be arranged by the customer.
7.16 For special delivery requirements, please contact Bedix Ltd at 020 7846 0090 or bedix.co@gmail.com before ordering.
7.17 Our delivery teams do not move or remove existing furniture. Customers are responsible for clearing space and disposal of unwanted items.
7.18 Standard delivery is to the doorstep or just inside your front door. For flats/apartments, this means delivery to the ground floor lobby only, unless assembly service is booked.
7.19 If assembly is booked, items will be carried to your room of choice where safely accessible.
- We can carry items up to two flights of stairs.
- For floors above the second, a working lift is required.
- If no lift is available beyond the second floor and assembly was booked, a £75 surcharge will apply due to access limitations.
7.20 Assembly is only provided if specifically booked. Third-party couriers do not offer assembly. Customers should protect flooring in advance.
7.21 For health and safety, drivers cannot remove their shoes during delivery. Please use floor coverings to protect your floors.
7.22 Upon delivery, inspect packaging for visible damage. If damaged, sign as “Damaged” on the driver’s device. If uninspected, sign as “Unchecked.”
Acceptance of Goods
8.1 Please carefully inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging or product, ensure it is clearly recorded on the delivery paperwork or the driver’s electronic device before signing.
8.2 If damage or defects are discovered after unpacking, you must notify Bedix Ltd within 48 hours of delivery. You can do this by email, phone, or through our support page.
8.3 Claims made after the 48-hour notification period may not qualify for a refund or exchange. We strongly encourage you to check your items promptly upon receipt.
Risk and Title
9.1 Ownership of the Products will not pass to the Buyer until Bedix Ltd has received full payment in cleared funds for the Products and any other outstanding amounts owed by the Buyer.
9.2 Bedix Ltd reserves the right to recover payment for the Products even if ownership has not yet transferred to the Buyer.
9.3 The Buyer is not permitted to use, sell, or otherwise dispose of the Products until full ownership has passed.
Insolvency and Termination
10.1 This clause applies if:
10.1.1 The Buyer enters into any voluntary arrangement with creditors, becomes subject to an administration order, or (if an individual or firm) is declared bankrupt, or (if a company) goes into liquidation, except for the purpose of amalgamation or reconstruction;
10.1.2 An encumbrancer takes possession of, or a receiver is appointed over, any of the Buyer’s property or assets;
10.1.3 The Buyer (if not a consumer) ceases or threatens to cease to carry on business;
10.1.4 Bedix Ltd reasonably believes that any of the above events are likely to occur and notifies the Buyer.
10.2 If any of these events occur, without limiting any other rights or remedies available, Bedix Ltd may:
- Cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries without liability to the Buyer;
- Require immediate payment of all outstanding amounts, regardless of any previously agreed payment terms.
General
11.1 Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under the Contract if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to: strikes, lockouts, accidents, war, fire, power outages at the Seller’s or its suppliers’ facilities, machinery breakdown, shortages or unavailability of raw materials from natural sources, or import/export restrictions or embargoes (including failure by the Seller’s suppliers to obtain necessary permits, licences, or authorisations). In such cases, the affected party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time to fulfil its obligations.
11.2 If any event under clause 11.1 continues for more than 30 days, the Buyer may terminate the Contract by providing written notice to the Seller.
11.3 Any notices required or permitted under these Terms must be in writing. Notices to the Seller should be sent to its registered office address, and notices to the Buyer should be sent to the address provided at the time of order.
11.4 The Seller’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of the Contract shall not constitute a waiver of its rights under the Contract.
Order Cancellations and Returns
12.1 Bedix offers a 60-day return and refund period starting from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order products (such as non-standard bed or headboard sizes), which are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.
12.2 To start a return or cancellation, the Buyer must contact Bedix before the 60-day period ends by email, phone, or through our support platform:
📧 bedix.co@gmail.com
📞 020 7846 0090
12.3 A £75 collection fee applies to all returns, including change-of-mind or exchanges (e.g., different size or colour). This fee will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your own return delivery to:
Bedix Ltd, 26 Green Lane, Dewsbury, WF13 4DH.
12.4 All returned items must be in reasonable, resaleable condition. If the item is returned with damage such as stains, tears, or structural faults, Bedix reserves the right to deduct up to 75% of the product’s value from the refund.
12.5 If you have chosen our assembly service, please note that original packaging may be removed during setup. If you decide to return the item, it is your responsibility to provide suitable packaging. We recommend keeping all packaging if you plan to test the product first. A photo of the fully packaged item is required before we arrange collection.
12.6 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 working days after processing for the refund to appear.
12.7 If delivery or return cannot be completed due to access restrictions (e.g., narrow hallways, staircases, or doorways), you will be responsible for a £75 failed delivery or return fee. Assembly fees are non-refundable if delivery or assembly cannot be completed due to access issues.
12.8 You may cancel your order at any time before a delivery date is scheduled for a full refund. Once a delivery date has been scheduled and confirmed by SMS and email, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours at no charge. After that, a £75 cancellation fee will apply.
Proper Law of Contract
13.1 This Contract shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute, claim, or issue arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Limitation of Liability
14.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Bedix’s liability for death or personal injury caused by Bedix’s negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Data Protection
15.1 Bedix will take all reasonable precautions to keep the Buyer’s order and payment details secure. However, except where caused by Bedix’s negligence, Bedix shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to information provided by the Buyer.
15.2 Please note: We do not store any credit card information on our website.

16.2 Bedix will aim to respond to the Buyer’s complaint in writing within 14 working days of receipt.
Liability Waiver for Assembly & Removal Services
Bedix offers bed assembly services and old bed & mattress removal services. By agreeing to use these services, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following terms:
- Bedix shall not be held liable for any damage that may occur during the delivery, moving, assembly, or removal of products. While Bedix takes reasonable care to prevent damage, the large and bulky nature of these items carries inherent risks.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a clear and unobstructed path from the entrance to the room of choice for delivery and assembly. Any obstacles or hazards must be removed by the customer to reduce the risk of damage.
- Bedix’s team will exercise reasonable care and skill when handling products and performing assembly and removal. However, some level of risk remains due to the size and weight of the items.
- The customer agrees to release and indemnify Bedix, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising from any loss or damage during the provision of assembly and removal services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Customers are encouraged to inspect products and the surrounding area prior to service, noting any existing damage or issues. Pre-existing damages should be reported to Bedix before services begin.
- Bedix reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if, in their professional opinion, the safety of personnel or integrity of products or property is at risk. By using Bedix’s assembly and removal services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, releasing Bedix from liability related to these services.
