How Returns Work
Returning items under the 60-night trial is simple — but please note: a £75 return collection fee applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Items
To receive a full refund, returned products must be clean, undamaged, and carefully repackaged.
If we find significant damage or excessive wear, up to 75% may be deducted from your refund.
Keep your original packaging, especially if you’ve had assembly service — it helps keep your item safe during returns.
Receiving Your Order: Check It Carefully
- Please inspect items for visible damage before signing for delivery.
- Notice any damage after unpacking? Contact us within 48 hours to report it.
- Unfortunately, claims reported after 48 hours may not qualify for a refund.
Changed Your Mind? Here’s the Deal
If you simply change your mind, returns are accepted with a £75 collection charge. Exchanges (like swapping sizes or colours) also incur this fee for collection and re-delivery.
Accessibility & Delivery Considerations
Make sure your new Bedix can be delivered where you want it: check doorways, staircases, and hallways carefully.
- If delivery fails due to access problems, a £75 return fee will be charged.
- For deliveries above the second floor without lift access, a £75 surcharge applies for assembly service.
Custom & Bespoke Products
Custom-made items (special sizes, fabrics, or designs) are made just for you and cannot be returned. The 60-night trial doesn’t apply to these.
Assembly & Removal Service Details
Assembly
- Standard delivery includes doorstep or lobby drop-off only.
- Assembly means we bring your Bedix into your room, up to two flights of stairs.
- For higher floors without lift access, a surcharge of £75 applies.
- Assembly fees are non-refundable if access issues prevent delivery or assembly.
Removal
- If you order bed removal, your current bed must be dismantled and ready to go.
- We don’t dismantle beds during removal.
Getting Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancel anytime before your delivery date is set — get a full refund.
- Cancel after your delivery date is confirmed? A £75 cancellation fee will apply.
Missed Delivery & Rescheduling Fees
- Missed deliveries incur a £75 re-delivery fee.
- You have a 24-hour window to change your delivery date for free after confirmation.
- Changes after that incur a £75 rescheduling fee.
